Step out of your Anxiety onto a Journey of possibility....


I always feel like I need to be doing something!

When I'm not doing something it makes me feel a bit anxious. Have you ever felt like that?

I have to be training, dedicating time to work or just helping somebody out, I love them all in fact wholeheartedly, but sometimes I need to create some headspace to reflect and appreciate what I have done, and what I am going to do; Clarity.

Take a Journey

I will never stop helping others, working to inspire others or train to make me healthier and stronger; but what I sometimes need to do is to take myself out of my thinking and start doing something for me.

I take a journey.

(Over doing x Over thinking) = Anxiousness

(Taking yourself on a Journey) + (Reflection x Headspace) =

Creativity

What will your journey look like?

I actually mean a journey, and actual movement. Get in the car, go on a train, take a walk and absorb your surroundings, the environment and people. Actively listen.

Go somewhere you have never been, imagine the opportunities and possibilities you could find on the way, let alone when you get to your destination.

The journey helps me to stop the perpetual cycle of over thinking and over doing, and gives me the power of opportunity, possibility and curiosity.

You can only widen your possibilities if your willing to let go of doing and thinking, take that journey and let curiosity create your inspiration. You never know what's over that horizon.
